Accept the fact that you are responsible for your growth and well being. You are fortunate if you have people in your life who support and encourage your growth and well being, but no one else is responsible for this but YOU.

Have a clear vision and state your short term and long term goals. You must know what you want and why you want it! What are the steps that will help you to become the best version of yourself? 

Observe what you say to yourself and what you think about yourself. Does it support who you are working to become? If it doesn't, notice it and restate it so that it does!

Take action. As we have been discussing, what we learn is pointless if we don't implement it! What or who can help you take action? Identify tools that can help you and people who will hold you accountable!
